TICKET PURCHASING POLICY

Please keep in mind that all seating for guest led panels, autograph sessions, and all events may have a limited capacity and will be offered to all attendees on a first come first serve basis. Once the specified area is at maximum capacity no one shall be admitted unless notified otherwise. Also all tickets and badges that have been purchased are non refundable and non transferable. By purchasing a ticket and/or badge and attending this convention, the attendee has consented to give Texas Anime and Gaming Expo and it's affiliates and parent company the unrestricted right to use the attendee's likeness without compensation. This may include but not limited to image, name, or voice in any and all advertising, printing/distribution of printed materials, broadcasting and telecasting during the convention and it's events, and all photography taken during the convention and it's events.
